1 L NS irrigation, 
povidone iodine prep, 
Only skin sutures with simple 3-0, 4-0 Nylon.

Abdominal trauma 
Cefotaxime/ Cefoxitin/ Ampi + Aminogly + Clinda 
2nd gen Cephalosporin sufficient.

2nd gen Cephalosporin - Cefoxitin, Cefprozil (Refzil - O), Cefuroxime 500 mg bd (Ceftum)
