Shift to OT on call
Inj Reflin 1 gm ATD iv full dose before shifting to OT
IVF as per Nephrologist from morning 8 am
OP
Mark skin crease incision first, then give local
15 blade incise
Diathermy cut
Platysma split longitudinally
Excise with diathermy
CLose with 3-0 monocryl
Platysma longitudinally, sc , skin subcuticular with internal 3 knot at start, aberdeen at end.
Post op instructions
Pt can have normal food.
Inj Reflin 1 gm iv bd
Tab Pan 40 od
Tab Ultracet sos
Inj Tramazac sos
W/F soakage, cn be mobilized
Inform sos
