Gauze piece inside mouth.
Clean and drape.
LA both sides
Thin incision like sebaceous cyst. Plane underneath the mucosa, by holding it with Adsons.
Excise and close with Catgut 3-0.
Keep gauze piece to hold over it or leave it open.
